Return & Replacement Policy

At Brackets & Bleachers, each shirt is made especially for you. Our apparel is made to order, meaning your item is not produced until you place your order.

Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer preference.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description and sizing information before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend comparing the measurements in our size guide with a shirt you already own and love.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we cannot accept standard returns, we absolutely want to know if something went wrong with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to a production or printing error, please contact us at info@bracketandbleachers.com as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include:

Your name and order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed item
A photo of the entire item when possible

We'll review the issue and work with our printing partner to determine the appropriate solution. If the item qualifies as a production error or arrived damaged, we'll do what we can to make it right.

Sizing

Because every shirt is produced specifically for your order, ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a return or replacement.

Please review the size chart provided on the product page before ordering. Apparel sizing can vary between brands and styles, so we recommend using the measurements provided rather than relying solely on the size you normally wear.

Color & Product Variations

We make every effort to accurately represent our products online. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor settings, garment material, lighting, and production process.

Minor variations in color, print placement, garment texture, or other normal characteristics of the production process are not considered defects.
